For second-story windows, we use a water-fed pole system 90% of the time. This system removes all residue from the water, leaving windows spotless.
For first-story windows, we clean them traditionally—mopping, then squeegeeing, followed by removing any leftover residue with abrasive pads or chemicals for tougher stains.

Do you offer referral discounts?
How do quotes work?
For window cleaning, we count the windows and check for stains, then provide a price on the spot—usually takes less than 10 minutes.
For pressure washing, we assess the buildup and condition. If needed, we apply a cleaning chemical before rinsing, or just spray down the area if stains aren’t severe.

Do I need to be home for the service?
No, as long as we have access to the windows or areas needing cleaning, and payment has been arranged. However, if you’d like to go over any specific concerns in person, we’re happy to arrange that.
